    The location is perfect, especially for visiting the clinic. The staff were very good. A housekeeper even offered clean sheets after my partner's surgery. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the room was super comfortable and quiet.

    Comfortable rooms with excellent staff support

    The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were pretty good, even offering to change the sheets when we needed it. The location connected by the skyway made accessing the hospital easy, and the food options exceeded my expectations. There was a slight delay in getting our room prepared initially.

    Nothing!!!

    I did not like it at all. The staff was somewhat rude, there were hidden charges, and the online reservation site was misleading. Parking was very inconvenient, and I will never stay there again.

    Everything was beautiful, including responsive and very efficient staff from the check-in to the check-out and in between between. I got a beautifully decorated room with 2 queen beds. Location: the hotel was very close to the main restaurant, University Circle and the Bar and Cafe.

    Friendly staff make the stay worthwhile

    We were there for my husband's appointments, and the staff were super friendly and caring. The food at 45 was awesome, and our room reminded me of a cozy escape. The place feels a bit dated and plumbing needs a look. Still, it's a great spot, especially its convenience to the Clinic.
